Personal development path

We actively encourage personal development at ZON. You decide with your manager and HR the shape you want to give to this. This may focus on your current job or on the future by continuing to grow with the aim of taking up a different job. You can develop personally online, in the traditional way, in a 1-on-1 group, what suits you best to achieve the optimal result.

ZON Academy

  • Practical and interactive
    As an employee, you will come to know ZON thoroughly at the ZON Academy. As a grower, you will also go to a greater depth in optimising opportunities and your effectiveness within your own organisation. Participants learn in a practical and interactive way at the ZON Academy: from and with each other.
  • Hard & soft skill combination
    Hard and soft skills will be discussed at the Academy. The hard skills include issues such as the processes of a business that are relevant. Soft skills include issues in the area of your personal development, such as communicating effectively and impactful speaking.
  • Teamwork and individual work
    Hybrid working is a current theme linked to flexibility and productivity. ZON also responds to this with its Academy in combination with teamwork and individual contracts/orders.

Online learning environment

GoodHabitz

ZON uses GoodHabitz, which means that employees can make unlimited use of the online training sessions that are offered. This is how we encourage our employees to continue developing personally. At their own initiative. The learning methods are fully aligned with how you like to spend your time. No boring training with long text materials and mandatory components, but manageable and inspiring content for everybody.
