White, purple and green
Cauliflower is a round type of cabbage that consists of green stems with white flower buds. Cauliflower is one of the most popular vegetables in the Netherlands.
The green variety is Romanesco, and the purple variety is called Cavolfiore Di Sicilia Violetto. At ZON, Romanesco is supplied, but the purple Cavolfiore Di Sicilia is not. Cauliflower is available year-round.
