French tomato sandwich with ham on the bone

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 4 thickly cut hearty bread slices
- 2 tomatoes in slices
- 4 slices of ham on the bone
- 2-3 tbsps. of ravigote sauce (bottle)
- 25 g of young leaf lettuce mix
Preparation
- Boil the egg hard in 8 minutes. Peel the egg and cut it in slices.
- Top 2 slices of bread with tomato, the ham on the bone, the ravigote sauce and the lettuce. Cover with the last 2 bread slices and cut the sandwiches diagonally.
Tip: Replace the ham on the bone with roast beef or smoked salmon.
