French tomato sandwich with ham on the bone

You will be guaranteed a tastier lunch with this sandwich with tomato, ham on the bone, lettuce and ravigote sauce. Make it now yourself with this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 4 thickly cut hearty bread slices
  • 2 tomatoes in slices
  • 4 slices of ham on the bone
  • 2-3 tbsps. of ravigote sauce (bottle)
  • 25 g of young leaf lettuce mix

Preparation

  1. Boil the egg hard in 8 minutes. Peel the egg and cut it in slices.
  2. Top 2 slices of bread with tomato, the ham on the bone, the ravigote sauce and the lettuce. Cover with the last 2 bread slices and cut the sandwiches diagonally.

Tip: Replace the ham on the bone with roast beef or smoked salmon.
