Last week ZON started to sell Nameko and Maitake mushrooms by auction. These mushrooms are supplied by Rodé BV in Velddriel.
We also have the option to extend our product range further still by supplying White Beech mushrooms.
If sufficient interest is shown in these new varieties, the grower intends expanding ZON’s product range with these three new mushroom varieties.
Supply and packaging
The Nameko, Maitake and White Beech mushrooms are packaged in a 1-kg single-use Multicrate, with a protective cover sheet.
