There are a few “special days” every year. You can open and download the overview for 2026 by using the button below. This overview will tell you whether auctions will take place on these days, where direct sales will take place and whether loading is possible.

If a haulier wishes to load outside regular ZLC opening hours, please send us the following information in advance:

• Haulier´s name

• Customer name

• Number of pallets

• Registration number

Send this information by email to planning@royalzon.com in a timely manner.

Next, our planners will send this information to security who will be in charge of loading orders in the evenings, at night and at weekends.

The driver must contact us by telephone by calling 0031 (0)6 5369 9651 half an hour before arriving. This telephone number is also displayed on the door at planning.

The aim is that a security member of staff is at ZON within 30 to 45 minutes to receive the driver and go through the loading instructions. This response time may deviate in case of an emergency, medical incident or security issue.

Fees will be charged for loading outside regular opening hours. This fee is €95 per opening (rate valid until 31 December 2025 in relation to indexation).
